Paula Ingabire is a Rwandan technology enthusiast and politician, who has serves as the Minister of Information and communications technology and Innovation, in the Cabinet of Rwanda, since 18 October 2018. Before her current appointment, she was the Head of the Kigali Innovation City initiative.

Prior to Liquid Telecom, Alexis was the Country Operations Manager of Ericsson Rwanda and the Network Operations Manager at Airtel Rwanda, where he was part of the team which launched Airtel Rwanda operations, as a greenfield network.Alexis holds a Master's of Science Degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from University of Glasgow.

Baiju Shah is the Vice President of Cloud Computing at DDD. Baiju is a technology entrepreneur based in Nairobi, Kenya with over 20 years of experience in delivering large scale enterprise IT solutions across telecommunications, transportation, retail, banking, and financial services. At DDD, he is responsible for leading the strategy, product development, and delivery of DDD’s Cloud Solutions.
